Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery from problem framing to production rollout.
- Ship production software, including new features and standalone applications.
- Work side-by-side with customer engineering teams to debug complex issues.
- Identify platform gaps and build custom solutions to meet customer needs.
- Codify deployment patterns and help shape the FDE function across EMEA.
- Travel regularly to customer locations across Germany and EMEA.
Requirements
- 4+ years of software engineering experience with a strong track record of shipping production code.
- Full-stack development skills across backend, API layer, and frontend.
- Experience working directly with customers in high-stakes technical environments.
- Ability to operate autonomously in ambiguous situations.
- Strong English communication skills for engaging with engineers and stakeholders.
