Responsibilities
- Work directly with customers in meetings, presentations, and workshops to understand technical challenges and provide effective solutions.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team and enterprise customers to drive adoption of Tenstorrent products and solutions.
- Translate complex AI and technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Provide customer feedback to sales operations and product teams to help shape product enhancements, features, and roadmap priorities.
- Help developers explore and improve AI performance on custom silicon.
- Fine-tune LLMs, optimize vision models, and build AI pipelines that operate at scale.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant customer-facing technical enterprise experience, such as Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Technical Account Manager.
- Strong customer-facing communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to researchers, executives, and other stakeholders.
- Expertise in AI technologies and frameworks, including machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Experience with embedded systems, FPGA architecture, or AI accelerators.
- Understanding of data center and server architecture, deployment, thermal and power considerations, and infrastructure management.
- Ability to collaborate with sales operations, product teams, and enterprise customers.
- Must be eligible to access U.S. export-controlled technology or obtain the required license approval.
