Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain a scalable Web and mobile Design System using React and React Native.
- Drive the convergence of Web and Mobile Design Systems for visual and functional consistency.
- Develop and maintain React Native components for cross-platform experiences.
- Upskill and mentor team members on React Native best practices.
- Collaborate with Product Designers to translate Figma designs into reusable UI components.
- Champion accessibility by embedding inclusive design principles into the Design System.
- Drive adoption and quality of the Design System through support and documentation.
- Leverage AI technologies to enhance the Design System's adoption and developer experience.
- Improve scripts, build processes, or CI workflows that support the Design System.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience with React Native and a track record of building mobile applications.
- Strong understanding of Design System architecture and component-driven development.
- Solid experience with React and TypeScript.
- Experience applying or promoting Accessibility best practices.
- Passionate about knowledge sharing and mentoring.
- Understanding of testing and code quality as foundations for scalable interfaces.
- Ability to adapt and choose efficient technologies for complex challenges.
- Proven experience developing efficient, maintainable, and secure products.
- Comfortable speaking English in daily interactions.
