Responsibilities
- Design and build production-grade agentic AI systems with multi-agent orchestration, RAG, routing, tool invocation, memory management, and observability.
- Own RAG pipelines, including embeddings, chunking strategies, vector search, context-window engineering, and quality tuning.
- Integrate multiple LLM providers with fallback routing and token, cost, and latency management.
- Implement production LLMOps capabilities including evaluation harnesses, prompt versioning, observability, cost monitoring, and safety monitoring.
- Work directly with client engineering teams through workshops, proofs of concept, code-with sessions, deployments, and architecture walkthroughs.
- Create reusable engineering patterns, accelerators, and playbooks for future engagements.
- Define metrics for agent accuracy, latency, safety, and cost-effectiveness and communicate findings to client stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in AI Agents & Workflow Integration.
- Production experience designing and deploying agentic AI solutions, including at least one multi-step agentic system in a real environment.
- Production-depth experience with LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or an equivalent agentic orchestration framework.
- Production experience using OpenAI, Anthropic, and Vertex AI APIs, including provider abstraction, token management, and latency and cost tradeoffs.
- Ownership of RAG pipelines covering embeddings, chunking, vector databases, and context engineering.
- Experience designing evaluation harnesses with specific quality metrics and implementing prompt versioning and production observability.
- Cloud-native delivery experience with Kubernetes, Docker, serverless systems, and infrastructure as code using Terraform or Helm.
- Strong production software engineering, debugging, and observability experience using Python, Java, or an equivalent backend language.
- Ability to explain design decisions, metric choices, quality tradeoffs, and production delivery ownership under questioning.
- 15 years of full-time education.
