Base Salary
$125k - $155k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical design, architecture, and implementation of complex AI and automation solutions.
- Mentor AI engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge sharing.
- Build the team's most complex software solutions and establish standards for code quality and innovation.
- Define and enforce best practices for architecture, development, testing, and deployment.
- Make architectural decisions that support scalable, maintainable, and secure solutions.
- Lead debugging and resolution of the team's most challenging technical issues.
- Partner with the AgentOps Team Leader to turn strategic goals into technical roadmaps and specifications.
- Research, evaluate, and champion emerging technologies, tools, and methodologies.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in a senior engineering role such as Senior Software Developer, Senior Automation Engineer, or similar.
- Expert-level programming skills and a proven record of designing and building complex, scalable software solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of software architecture patterns, design principles, and data structures.
- Experience mentoring engineers, conducting constructive code reviews, and leading technical discussions.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Advanced analytical and critical-thinking skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve difficult technical challenges.
Benefits
- Annual base salary of $125,000 - $155,000.
