Responsibilities

Lead the full software development lifecycle from requirements gathering and design through implementation, testing, and deployment.
Design and implement robust, scalable, and high-performance software architectures and solutions.
Debug complex software issues and optimize system performance, stability, and efficiency.
Mentor and guide junior software engineers and support their technical development.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical specifications and align project goals.
Drive software development best practices, including code reviews, continuous integration, and automated testing.
Perform systems analysis and propose improvements and innovative solutions.
Participate in agile processes such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
5–8 years of software development experience with C# and .NET.
Proven full-stack software development experience with a strong focus on backend systems.
Expert-level proficiency in at least one major programming language, such as Python.
Experience with software architecture, software design principles, debugging, troubleshooting, and software testing strategies.
Proficiency in unit, integration, and end-to-end testing, systems analysis, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and mentorship.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
