Responsibilities
- Analyze, design, develop, test, implement, and support applications and databases.
- Translate technical specifications into code for moderately complex projects and develop automated tests.
- Promote code through development, test, and production environments and provide follow-up production support.
- Optimize system performance through efficient database design and backend code enhancements.
- Support data pipelines between APIs and backend systems while maintaining data accuracy and integrity.
- Integrate third-party products and maintain backend documentation covering logic, processes, and architecture.
- Apply secure development and data protection practices and participate in design, code, and test inspections.
- Monitor and refine dashboards and SLOs and resolve known problems using established playbooks.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in application development, system analysis, or database management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or Computer Applications, such as a B.E., B.Tech, or BCA.
- Experience with database design, SQL, and data optimization for high-performance applications.
- Familiarity with API development, integration, and third-party software integration.
- Required skills include Java, Spring Boot, Angular, Node.js, AWS, SQL queries, GitHub, Bitbucket, Bamboo, CI/CD, TDD/BDD, and optionally Python.
- Proficiency with Agile, Confluence, and JIRA.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP and modern development tools is preferred.
- Adobe Experience Manager AWS Cloud background and experience debugging AWS and legacy systems are preferred.
- Ability to collaborate with front-end developers, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
