Responsibilities
- Lead architecture, development, integration, implementation, and technical delivery for critical enterprise software and technology projects.
- Approve technical solutions and deliverables, resolve complex technical problems, and anticipate issues for preventive action.
- Provide technical guidance to stakeholders regarding solution strategies, technical implications, and project risks.
- Drive backend performance optimization, secure architecture, database efficiency, scalable services, APIs, and resilient system functionality.
- Oversee testing for functionality, performance, and security and participate in design, code, and product life cycle reviews.
- Mentor staff, establish technical standards, maintain architecture documentation, and promote adoption of evolving methodologies and technologies.
- Ensure compliance with IT and information security policies and lead cross-functional improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in software development, architecture, and system integration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Computer Applications, or a Master’s in Computer Applications.
- Expertise in software architecture, system design, enterprise applications, and technical leadership.
- Strong programming and cloud skills with Java, Spring Boot, Angular, Node.js, AWS, CloudFormation, ECS, Fargate, DynamoDB, S3, Lambda, and IAM.
- Experience with Confluence, Jira, monitoring and dashboard refinement, and continuous process improvement.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues, perform root cause analysis, optimize system performance, and influence technical decisions.
- Experience mentoring teams and establishing technical standards.
- Desired certifications include AWS Cloud Practitioner, AWS Solutions Architect, and AWS Solution Consultant.
