Responsibilities
- Design and build agentic AI systems, state machines, search-based conversational systems, and multimodal generative AI workflows.
- Implement MCP servers and clients to connect agents with data sources and external tools.
- Develop production-ready Python and TypeScript features across frontend, backend, and infrastructure.
- Manage the DevOps and MLOps lifecycle, including Docker containerization, CI/CD, cloud architecture, model deployment, and monitoring.
- Perform exploratory data analysis, statistical analysis, visualization, data curation, preprocessing, feature engineering, and synthetic data generation.
- Design, optimize, and fine-tune LLM-based and classical ML algorithms, including classification, clustering, regression, and sequence modeling.
- Lead prompt engineering and optimize inference speed, latency, caching, and resource usage.
- Build evaluation, A/B testing, metrics, observability, drift detection, anomaly detection, and telemetry systems for AI applications.
- Communicate technical findings to stakeholders and consult on technology approaches for enterprise business problems.
- Promote fair, ethical, and responsible AI practices, including bias and hallucination mitigation.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering and data science.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with generative large language models and agents.
- Proven experience managing the end-to-end MLOps lifecycle and deploying models at scale.
- Proven experience using AI coding agents in an agentic software development lifecycle.
- Advanced production-grade Python proficiency; TypeScript proficiency is an advantage.
- Deep expertise with LangChain or similar LLM orchestration frameworks, agentic system design, and state-machine logic.
- Practical AWS cloud design experience, with multicloud experience preferred; familiarity with Amazon Bedrock and SageMaker.
- Strong knowledge of vector, graph, traditional, SQL, NoSQL, and data-lake technologies.
- Expertise in API design, CI/CD, Docker, Infrastructure as Code, and automated testing.
- Strong statistics, data manipulation, synthetic data generation, and feature engineering skills.
- Bachelor's, master's, engineering degree, Ph.D., or equivalent in computer science, physics, statistics, mathematics, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of bias, fairness, hallucination mitigation, and responsible AI deployment.
- English communication proficiency at C1+ level and willingness to occasionally work across the Central European Timezone.
