Responsibilities
- Configure Accenture NewsPage products and investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues and defects.
- Perform root-cause and impact analyses for application problems.
- Translate business requirements and use cases into technical inputs, requirements, workflows, specifications, and features.
- Analyze, design, and implement application enhancements using C#, ASP.NET, and Microsoft SQL Server.
- Engage directly with clients and lead a delivery team of 5–10 members to coordinate timely execution.
- Support product management, planning, estimation, and delivery activities.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Accenture NewsPage DMS/SFA Technical.
- Knowledge of the consumer-packaged goods industry and Distribution Management Systems.
- Hands-on development experience with C#, ASP.NET, and Microsoft SQL Server.
- Strong understanding of ADM methodology and delivery-management capabilities.
- Experience with Accenture NewsPage, product management, planning, and estimation is preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, adaptability, and client-engagement skills.
- Completion of 15 years of full-time education.
