Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust backend systems using .NET and C#.
- Build and integrate secure RESTful APIs with authentication and gateway management.
- Develop cloud-native applications using AWS services including Lambda, ElastiCache, CloudFront, Aurora, Kinesis, and DynamoDB.
- Modernize legacy systems using serverless and microservices architectures.
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, CodePipeline, or similar tools.
- Containerize applications with Docker and orchestrate them with Kubernetes.
- Implement authentication and authorization using OAuth, JWT, SSO, and SAML.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and stay current with emerging technologies.
Requirements
- Strong expertise in .NET and C# backend development.
- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and serverless architecture.
- Proven experience working in a scaled agile team environment.
- Proficiency in API development, integration, and security.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Solid understanding of authentication frameworks.
- Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases, including SQL, Elasticsearch, and DynamoDB.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Australian citizenship and at least three years of continuous residency.
- Full stack engineering experience and an active security clearance are bonuses.
