Base Salary
$175k - $225k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build across the full application with the founder, design team, and other engineers.
- Design and implement systems for memory, retrieval, proactivity, and AI responsiveness.
- Integrate internal and third-party real-time video generation and audio synthesis models.
- Set engineering quality standards and actively recruit engineering talent.
- Use the product extensively to assess real user value and quality.
Requirements
- Computer Science degree from a top university.
- 2–7 years of professional software engineering experience; new graduates are not eligible.
- Strong computer science fundamentals and technically complex side projects.
- Entrepreneurial energy and experience in a startup or fast-moving environment are strongly valued.
- Proficiency in Python, including typed scientific Python.
Benefits
