Responsibilities
- Design and deliver production-grade AI agents that are mission-critical for Sierra's growth.
- Drive the Agent Development Life Cycle from pilot to deployment and continuous iteration.
- Partner with large enterprises and startups to build AI agents that address their business challenges.
- Guide the evolution of Sierra's core platform by identifying customer needs and prototyping new tools.
Requirements
- Experience building and scaling end-to-end production systems.
- Strong technical problem-solving skills in fast-changing environments.
- A builder's mindset with high agency to overcome obstacles.
- Excellent communication skills in both French and English.
