Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable AI architectures and pipelines for predictive modeling and Generative AI applications.
- Operationalize LLMs and NLP workflows for production environments.
- Design and orchestrate autonomous agentic and multi-agent workflows across multiple tools.
- Collaborate with Data Engineers on data storage, vector databases, model deployment, and cloud infrastructure.
- Champion and mentor teams on AI-assisted coding and agentic development workflows.
- Provide technical consulting on AI product development and explain standard ML versus agentic AI to clients.
- Stay current with modern AI engineering, synthetic data generation, and Explainable AI.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Python and robust software engineering principles, with experience working in engineering teams.
- Proven experience with LLMs, Generative AI, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation architectures, including semantic search and vector retrieval.
- Experience using AI-assisted and agentic coding tools and teaching these methods to others.
- Strong consulting, communication, and stakeholder-engagement skills.
- Preferred experience with agentic workflow orchestration, agent state and memory, Azure, AWS, GCP, SQL, relational databases, data pipelines, ETL, orchestration tools, big data, web frameworks, classical NLP, knowledge graphs, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
