Responsibilities
- Create QA plans, test cases, and defect documentation for Salesforce Revenue Cloud quote-to-cash processes.
- Translate business requirements into test scenarios for pricing, quoting, billing, and revenue management.
- Execute functional, regression, and integration testing across Salesforce applications and connected systems.
- Identify process gaps, data issues, configuration defects, and release impacts, and document recommendations.
- Support implementation activities by reviewing release scope, test readiness, and deployment impacts.
- Collaborate with clients and project teams to clarify requirements, review results, and align testing activities.
- Build knowledge of Salesforce administration, Lightning functionality, and Revenue Cloud configurations.
- Mentor junior team members on testing methods, defect documentation, and client delivery expectations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- At least 4 years of experience required.
- Oral and written proficiency in English required.
- Preference for study in Computer and Information Science or Management Information Systems.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator certification or another relevant Salesforce certification is preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud QA testing across quote-to-cash workflows is preferred.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Sales Cloud, revenue processes, data integration, ASC 606, and IFRS 15 is preferred.
