Base Salary
$131k - $194k/yr
Responsibilities
- Deliver complete software solutions spanning design, implementation, testing, delivery, and operations.
- Advise immediate management on project-level issues.
- Guide junior engineers.
- Operate with limited day-to-day supervision and make technical decisions using internal conventions and industry best practices.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Apply knowledge of technical best practices to software engineering decisions.
Benefits
- Austin, Texas base pay range of $130,500.00-$193,600.00 annually, with possible additional performance bonus, equity, or incentive compensation.
