Base Salary
$145k - $160k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and develop user interfaces, APIs, microservices, and backend services using Angular, JavaScript, C#, .NET Core, HTML, and CSS.
- Provide technical leadership across the software development lifecycle and guide architecture and system design decisions.
- Improve search indexing, ranking, relevance, performance, speed, and usability across client-facing digital platforms.
- Build scalable, secure, cloud-native applications and integrate AI-powered capabilities and intelligent workflows.
- Strengthen application reliability through automated testing, CI/CD practices, monitoring, logging, dashboards, alerting, and production support.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, engineers, and business partners to assess tradeoffs and deliver solutions.
- Mentor engineers, share knowledge, promote engineering standards, and support continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- At least 8 years of full-stack development experience.
- Experience with Angular, JavaScript, C#, .NET Core, HTML, CSS, and REST APIs.
- Experience designing and building microservices, cloud-native applications, and Angular-based single-page applications.
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases and performance optimization techniques.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git-based workflows, testing practices, and Agile methodologies.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools and applying AI or machine learning concepts to software development.
- Ability to solve complex technical problems, make informed decisions, communicate effectively across distributed teams, and lead technical tradeoff discussions.
- Preferred experience with enterprise search platforms, search relevance optimization, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, Splunk, modern testing frameworks, and production AI or machine learning integrations.
- Preferred knowledge of prompt engineering, automation frameworks, responsible AI practices, and intelligent workflows.
- Preferred experience developing secure, scalable systems in financial services or another regulated environment, plus mentoring and architecture leadership experience.
