Base Salary
$137k - $160k/yr
Responsibilities
- Engineer and maintain secure, resilient, and performance-optimized multi-cloud environments.
- Partner hands-on with engineering teams to embed security into architecture and developer tooling.
- Design and enforce secure identity and access strategies with IAM teams across cloud environments.
- Harden cloud platforms against emerging threats while maintaining resilience and high availability.
- Lead cloud-centric disaster recovery exercises and assist with incident response investigations.
- Build automation, pipelines, and security guardrails using Terraform/IaC and Kubernetes.
- Secure infrastructure supporting AI-driven pipelines, agentic workflows, and the software supply chain.
- Advise product engineering teams and translate requirements into practical infrastructure solutions.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on engineering experience with GCP or AWS is required.
- Experience with Azure is a plus.
- Solid DevOps experience using Terraform/IaC, Kubernetes including GKE, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Demonstrated ability to design secure, resilient systems that accelerate engineering velocity.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in a fast-moving or late-stage startup is a strong plus.
- Comfort working with ambiguity and rapidly changing priorities, tooling, and team structures.
