Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to create advanced solution architectures and architectural visions.
- Evaluate alternative architectures for cost, performance, and scalability across cloud-based and on-premises components.
- Prepare technical plans, detailed specifications, design views, and proof-of-concept implementations.
- Gather client requirements, analyze needs, provide problem resolution, and support change management.
- Develop technology reports and roadmaps while keeping current with industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Mentor and guide less experienced colleagues and collaborate with sales, product, and delivery teams.
Requirements
- Advanced knowledge of multi-vendor service integrations and cross-functional software, operating systems, and infrastructure designs.
- In-depth understanding of infrastructure and application deployment using TOGAF, Zachman, SOA, ITIL, and COBIT.
- Advanced specialist knowledge of reference architectures.
- Extensive experience in technical, IT, or operations roles within large-scale technology services environments.
- Strong client engagement, consulting, needs assessment, and change management experience.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field.
