Responsibilities
- Lead presales engagements including RFP/RFI responses, solution architecture, effort estimation, commercial shaping, and executive presentations.
- Own end-to-end OSS solution design across inventory management, service assurance, fault and performance management, order fulfillment, and orchestration.
- Architect greenfield OSS stacks and create reference architectures, including vendor and tooling selection.
- Define roadmaps for autonomous networks, closed-loop automation, intent-based orchestration, and zero-touch operations.
- Lead brownfield OSS modernization and legacy-to-target platform migrations across multi-vendor networks.
- Own inventory reconciliation, data migration, cutover, and rollback strategies across RAN, Core, Transport, and IP/Optical domains.
- Govern multi-year, multi-workstream programs covering scope, schedule, risk, quality, and financials.
- Coordinate L1/L2/L3 teams across design, build, test, and operate phases as the single technical point of accountability.
- Establish and track program KPIs and SLAs, steering committee reporting, and executive dashboards.
- Mentor solution and delivery leads and build reusable accelerators, frameworks, and playbooks.
Requirements
- 9 to 20 years of relevant experience.
- Experience leading OSS architecture, modernization, migration, and delivery programs for telecommunications environments.
- Experience with inventory management, service assurance, fault and performance management, order fulfillment, orchestration, and multi-vendor networks.
- Experience with TM Forum ODA, eTOM, and SID frameworks.
- Experience leading presales engagements, solution shaping, executive presentations, and commercial discussions.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional delivery teams and governing complex multi-year programs.
