Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain the search experience for users on the platform.
- Work on taxonomy, search filters, retrieval, and ranking algorithms.
- Make data-informed decisions to enhance user engagement.
- Ship features quickly while maintaining a focus on user needs.
- Collaborate with team members to solve complex problems.
Requirements
- 4+ years of software engineering experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or equivalent experience.
- Experience with consumer-scale data and practical problem-solving.
- Knowledge of applied statistical and machine learning fields.
- Proficiency in at least 3 programming languages, preferably Python, Elixir, and JavaScript.
- Strong product instincts with a user-first approach.
