Responsibilities
- Evaluate clients' digital capabilities and perform feasibility studies as part of digital transformation programs.
- Develop IT strategies, concepts, technical solutions, and target architectures.
- Analyze, develop, and optimize customized IT architectures involving legacy IT, enterprise solutions, cloud computing, and microservices.
- Manage small agile development teams and coordinate project teams in strategic IT implementation programs.
- Establish modern practices such as DevOps and CI/CD and oversee the technical implementation of digital requirements including cyber resilience.
- Provide technical guidance to smaller teams and work directly with national and international clients.
Requirements
- Completed university degree in computer science, informatics, engineering, or a related discipline with higher-than-average grades.
- Approximately four years of relevant experience in IT consulting, IT project management, or professional software development.
- Experience leading project teams of more than three people.
- Knowledge of machine learning, cyber resilience, DevOps, AI, robotics, and modern software development methods and tools.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and other generative AI tools and the ability to apply them across work tasks.
- Comfort working in interdisciplinary and global teams with willingness to travel to clients domestically and internationally.
- Fluent ability to understand and communicate complex topics in English.
