Responsibilities
- Investigate, analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across critical SAP business systems.
- Develop and support applications using SAP ABAP for HANA.
- Monitor system behavior and perform performance tuning and optimization of SAP applications.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders to prioritize and address system issues.
- Serve as an SME, contribute to team decisions, and provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Mentor junior team members and improve their technical problem-solving capabilities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for support processes and system reliability.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA and strong knowledge of SAP ABAP programming concepts.
- Knowledge of HANA database integration.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex software issues in SAP environments.
- Experience with SAP application performance tuning and optimization.
- Familiarity with debugging tools and techniques for SAP ABAP and HANA.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Experience in the Energy industry is preferred.
