Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain security systems and tooling across the infrastructure.
- Conduct architecture reviews and threat modeling for new and existing services.
- Deploy and manage advanced security tools like SIEM, EDR, and vulnerability management.
- Integrate security tooling across cloud environments and collaborate with cloud engineering teams.
- Lead the evaluation and configuration of new security technologies.
- Automate security processes using scripting languages and tools like Terraform or Ansible.
- Conduct security assessments and manage vulnerability programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in security engineering and managing security tools.
- Strong understanding of Threat Modeling Principles.
- Hands-on expertise with SIEM, EDR, and vulnerability management tools.
- Proficiency in securing cloud environments like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with automation tools and scripting for security solutions.
- Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and container security.
- Proven track record in incident response and threat hunting.
- Certifications such as CISSP, GSEC, or equivalent are preferred.
