Responsibilities
- Work closely with customers to understand business and compliance requirements.
- Design, develop, configure, and customize Actimize Financial Crime Prevention solutions.
- Evaluate technical feasibility and propose efficient solution designs.
- Enhance and configure existing systems using Actimize, SQL, and related technologies.
- Perform testing, validation, and approval of developed configurations and customizations.
- Collaborate with SE Leads and team members for solution design and delivery.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for technical issues.
- Participate in peer code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Document solutions with clear technical documentation, diagrams, and code comments.
- Use engineering tools such as configuration management systems, build processes, and debuggers.
- Ensure timely delivery with a strong sense of ownership, urgency, and prioritization.
Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in software development/implementation.
- Hands-on experience with Actimize implementations.
- Experience in large data handling and SQL.
- Excellent debugging skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience developing in complex database environments (Oracle, MsSql, or PostgreSQL).
- Problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset.
- Exposure to application servers, web servers, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with Unix and basic commands.
- Understanding of GitHub and deployment using Jenkins pipelines.
- Ability to analyze information and deduce conclusions.
- Familiarity with coding concepts for high scalability and secure coding.
