Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain the NICE CXone software platform.
- Lead and deliver complex reporting projects as an Individual Contributor.
- Analyze business requirements and collaborate with technical teams.
- Participate in technology evaluations and Proof of Concepts (POCs).
- Apply Object-Oriented Design principles and software design patterns.
- Develop scalable, high-performance, enterprise-grade software solutions.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise security standards.
- Mentor team members and promote engineering best practices.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of hands-on experience in Java development.
- Strong Object-Oriented Design and coding skills.
- Expertise in Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, Hibernate, REST APIs, and JSON.
- Experience developing multi-tier, enterprise-grade web applications.
- Good knowledge of relational databases such as MySQL.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Understanding of Microservices and Cloud-Native architectures.
- Front-end experience with Angular, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, jQuery.
