Responsibilities
- Responsible for low-level design of Line of Business products.
- Collaborate with scrum teams and engineering functions.
- Deliver high-quality enterprise products for millions of users.
- Prepare high- and low-level technical designs and architecture.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- Define product roadmap and strategy with the line of business.
Requirements
- Bachelor/Master of Engineering Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- 8-11 years of software development experience in backend and frontend technologies.
- Strong experience with Java, J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, REST APIs, and JSON.
- Experience developing enterprise-grade software products.
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Frontend experience with Angular, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Deep knowledge of software design patterns.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence others.
- Hands-on experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) is an advantage.
- Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and test automation.
- Exposure to AI-powered engineering solutions.
