Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver high-quality APIs and microservices for one or more projects or workstreams.
- Design and implement RESTful and SOAP services in accordance with best practices and coding standards.
- Write clean, maintainable code and perform unit testing.
- Collaborate with architects and team members to ensure technical excellence.
- Participate in code reviews and continuously improve development processes.
- Provide hands-on support for complex implementations when required.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience building applications, APIs, and microservices in Java, including designing and implementing these solutions.
- Experience developing and unit testing applications using Spring frameworks and ORM frameworks.
- Experience building REST services using Spring or other Java technologies.
- Understanding of integration architectures and API design principles.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and full-stack development is a plus.
- Exposure to Harness and build tools such as Maven and Gradle.
- Ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies.
