Responsibilities
- Provide commercial and technical support to the DeltaV SaaS SCADA business development team and Emerson Impact Partner network.
- Collaborate with clients to define technology adoption goals and develop customer-centric solutions.
- Prepare, review, and approve scopes of work, network architectures, bills of materials, budgetary proposals, and binding commercial agreements.
- Demonstrate the DeltaV SaaS SCADA Cloud Platform to existing and prospective clients.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on the platform and support solution development and software training.
- Develop remote monitoring solutions based on customer business and technical requirements.
- Implement and oversee pilot projects using software tools for data collection, validation, and visualization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma/trade designation in engineering, engineering technology, or automation, with a concentration in electrical, computer, mechanical, or petroleum disciplines.
- At least five years of relevant experience.
- At least two years of technical sales experience.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 25%.
- Preferred experience with cloud-based platforms, SCADA, automation systems, and field instrumentation.
- Knowledge of communication protocols for flow computers, RTUs, and PLCs, including industry-standard and custom programs.
- Experience with Ethernet, radio, cellular, and satellite communications.
- Knowledge of oil and gas production operations, artificial lift, and facility design.
- Proficiency with Microsoft operating systems and program suites.
- Excellent presentation and technical writing skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
