Responsibilities
- Develop and implement ServiceNow applications and IT products such as ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, ITBM, and SecOps.
- Build applications on the ServiceNow platform with an emphasis on reusability and componentization.
- Develop UI components and work with ServicePortal.
- Use JavaScript and associated web technologies, including AJAX, JSON, HTML, XML, CSS, SOAP, and REST.
- Learn new technologies quickly and collaborate with customers and culturally diverse teams.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of strong software development experience.
- At least 3 years of experience developing and implementing ServiceNow applications.
- Strong expertise and a proven track record building applications on the ServiceNow platform.
- Working experience with ServicePortal and UI component development.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, AJAX, JSON, HTML, XML, CSS, SOAP, REST, and associated frameworks.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric attitude.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
