Responsibilities
- Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
- Lead the development and implementation of software solutions aligned with project objectives and timelines.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, collaborate with and manage the team, and make team decisions.
- Contribute to key decisions across multiple teams and provide solutions to cross-team problems.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentor team members.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate and deploy applications.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
- Strong understanding of front-end and back-end development frameworks and technologies.
- Experience designing scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Ability to work with databases and manage data integration effectively.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
- Spring Boot experience is preferred.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
