Base Salary
$150k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and implement features and enhancements.
- Own development end to end.
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable backend systems.
- Drive technical innovation and identify opportunities to improve systems and processes.
- Work alongside a small, mission-driven team to build and polish Post.News web and mobile applications.
Requirements
- 10+ years of backend development experience.
- Proven experience designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance, scalable backend systems.
- Strong knowledge of TypeScript, Node.js, Solid.js, Solid Start SSR, Postgres, AWS serverless architecture, Redshift, Redis, and Dynamo.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Startup experience is preferred.
- Experience with social applications is preferred.
- Enterprise social networking experience is preferred.
- Must be located in the U.S.; visa sponsorship is not available.
