Base Salary
$150k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features and enhancements.
- Take ownership of the development process from start to finish.
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend systems.
- Drive technical innovation and improve systems and processes.
- Work alongside a small, mission-driven team.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in backend development.
- Proven experience in designing and maintaining scalable backend systems.
- Strong knowledge of TypeScript, Node.js, Solid.js, Postgres, AWS Serverless Architecture, Redshift, Redis, and Dynamo.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
