Base Salary

$110k - $160k/yr

Responsibilities

Serve as the technical authority for an assigned product line during sales calls and validate technical feasibility.
Own product-specific trial integration, configuration, stability, and value realization through launch.
Translate customer business problems into Pixalate configurations, data mappings, business logic, reports, feeds, and APIs.
Define use cases, trial completion criteria, KPIs, and client-specific technical deliverables.
Provide product feedback to Core Engineering and collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Solutions Engineers.
Verify customer data and dashboards, mitigate churn risk, and hand off documented integrations to Customer Success.

Hands-on experience in the digital advertising or adtech ecosystem is required.
Working knowledge of programmatic advertising, DSPs, SSPs, ad servers, CTV, and/or IVT or ad fraud concepts is required.
Experience with data integration, APIs, system architecture, technical configuration, and business-requirements translation.
Background in solutions engineering, technical account management, pre-sales engineering, or implementation consulting.
Strong client-facing communication, documentation, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Ability to manage high-volume, multi-client engagements and accommodate global US, EMEA, and APAC time zones.
Preferred qualifications include CTV, mobile app analytics, data feed integrations, trial management, customer success metrics, ad fraud detection, brand safety, or supply path optimization experience; AI coding tools experience is a plus.
