Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of company applications and user workflows.
- Design and execute comprehensive manual test plans and test cases.
- Identify functional issues, edge cases, and potential failure scenarios.
- Improve software quality from technical and end-user experience perspectives.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines.
- Perform API, web, and mobile application testing.
- Analyze logs and troubleshoot production or staging issues.
- Produce testing reports and release validation analysis.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve release confidence and product reliability.
- Mentor and support junior QA team members where needed.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Software QA or testing roles.
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, test strategies, and release validation.
- Hands-on experience testing web applications, mobile applications, and RESTful APIs.
- Experience with API testing tools such as Postman, SoapUI, or similar platforms.
- Experience with test automation frameworks such as Cypress, Playwright, or Selenium.
- Familiarity with CI/CD environments and tools such as Jenkins, CircleCI, GitLab CI, or Travis CI.
- Ability to analyze logs and troubleshoot issues in cloud-based environments such as AWS and GCP.
- Ability to write SQL queries for investigation and data validation.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and English communication skills for working with international engineering teams.
