Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain C++ software for the next generation combat aircraft.
- Write software requirements and create software designs and solutions.
- Investigate, debug, and resolve software issues.
- Contribute to software architecture and technical decision-making.
- Own tasks from planning through delivery and conduct peer reviews.
- Collaborate with software, systems, firmware, and hardware engineers across sites.
- Support the full software lifecycle, including hardware integration and testing.
- Contribute to software quality and continuous team improvement.
Requirements
- C++ programming experience, ideally in a highly regulated environment.
- Experience working within an agile software development team.
- Ability to collaborate across sites and with co-located team members.
- Experience across the full software lifecycle is advantageous.
- Experience with complex products in an embedded environment is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Git or equivalent and CMake is advantageous.
- Knowledge of static analysis, code coverage tooling, and incremental development practices is advantageous.
- Successful completion of pre-employment BPSS screening is required, with possible eligibility for SC or DV vetting.
