Responsibilities
- Own the target-state architecture and technical roadmap for the enterprise AI platform.
- Design scalable, resilient, secure AI solutions and define reference architectures, standards, patterns, and best practices.
- Architect LLM, RAG, agentic AI, MCP, vector database, knowledge management, document intelligence, and model orchestration capabilities.
- Define structured and unstructured data ingestion, metadata, chunking, embeddings, vector storage, retrieval, lineage, quality, and governance architectures.
- Lead OpenShift-based deployments, containerized workloads, platform scalability, high availability, disaster recovery, failover, and performance optimization.
- Drive security, entitlement management, access control, AI governance, model risk management, compliance, and regulatory review activities.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to architects, engineers, data scientists, and product teams while leading technology planning and platform investment decisions.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software architecture and enterprise platform engineering experience.
- 5+ years designing AI/ML, GenAI, or advanced analytics platforms.
- Deep understanding of generative AI, LLM architectures, RAG, agentic AI frameworks, vector databases, embeddings, distributed systems, cloud-native architecture, and OpenShift/Kubernetes.
- Strong experience with Python, REST APIs, Oracle, enterprise data platforms, Redis, caching technologies, CI/CD, and DevSecOps practices.
- Preferred experience delivering AI platforms for Financial Services, Treasury, Risk, or CFO organizations.
- Preferred experience with MCP-based tool integration, enterprise knowledge bases, document intelligence and OCR platforms, AI governance, model risk management, OpenAI, Azure AI, enterprise LLM ecosystems, and large-scale platform modernization.
