Responsibilities

Create and assure key architecture artefacts, including Key Design Decisions, Technical Options Papers, and High Level Designs.
Collaborate with engineering teams as a lead subject-matter expert to define technical vision and architectural guardrails.
Support senior leaders in shaping cases for change, including cost estimation and detailed planning.
Work across agile delivery practices with multiple teams and stakeholders.
Use technical expertise to solve client problems and contribute to internal projects.
Operate across architectural domains including business, data, application, technology, and security.

Hands-on software engineering background with experience leading engineering teams to deliver applications and services.
Clear understanding and practical application of architecture and delivery methodologies.
Specialism in at least one of business, data, application, technology, or security architecture.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, collaboration, and stakeholder-management abilities.
Commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.
Certifications in relevant methodologies and cloud technologies are advantageous.
Experience with leading cloud vendors such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, Oracle, IBM, or Salesforce is welcomed.

Hybrid working with a minimum of two days per week in an office or on a client site, with assignments potentially requiring up to five days per week on client site.
