Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support high-performance, scalable cloud systems and services.
- Coordinate with service development, product management, and support teams to ensure scalability, supportability, and availability.
- Respond to and resolve customer issues for Netskope’s global customer base.
- Evaluate open-source technologies, select appropriate solutions, and contribute ideas back to the open-source community.
Requirements
- 10+ years of work experience in network or cloud security solutions.
- Strong programming experience in C, C++ 11, Python, and TypeScript.
- Fluency in data structures and algorithms.
- Experience with C++ gtest and pytest unit-testing frameworks.
- Experience with virtual machines, containers, Kubernetes, and NFVs.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, SSL/TLS, HTTP/S, VLANs, VPN, IPSec, and GRE.
- Exposure to SQL databases and NoSQL data stores including MariaDB and MongoDB.
- Exposure to deployment frameworks such as Ansible.
- Hands-on experience with traffic analysis tools such as Wireshark.
- Excellent analytical, debugging, problem-solving, verbal communication, and written communication skills.
- BE in Computer Science or equivalent required; ME, M.Tech, or MS in Computer Science or equivalent strongly preferred.
