Responsibilities
- Build and optimize real-time data pipelines and Go backend services for device and behavioral data.
- Develop and deploy reliable, efficient ML models for fraud detection in production.
- Transform raw data into production-ready features for fraud detection systems.
- Collaborate with platform and backend engineers to integrate ML models.
- Maintain security, privacy, and compliance standards.
- Promote best practices in testing, documentation, and observability.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience applying machine learning to large datasets using tools such as PyTorch and Scikit-learn.
- Strong SQL skills and familiarity with relational and non-relational databases.
- Experience with end-to-end ML systems, including feature pipelines, model deployment, monitoring, and iteration.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Knowledge of fraud, risk, or cybersecurity is a bonus.
- A software engineering background is a bonus.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, modern DevOps practices, and CI/CD is a bonus.
- Understanding of modern browser APIs and high-entropy data collection techniques is a bonus.
- Familiarity with leveraging frontier LLMs for automation is a bonus.
