Responsibilities
- Define and own Taktile's internal AI roadmap.
- Track market trends and evaluate new tools for potential integration.
- Build internal tools and agents that enhance daily workflows.
- Identify and scale automation opportunities across business units.
- Drive adoption of AI solutions through hands-on workshops and training.
- Partner with Security and IT on governance and access control.
Requirements
- 5+ years in consulting, operations, or a similar senior role.
- Ability to write and review production-grade Python and SQL.
- Hands-on experience with modern LLM tooling and AI frameworks.
- Strong program management skills in complex environments.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
