Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, and analysts.
- Design, launch, and iterate on A/B experiments to help the team learn about customers.
- Design and develop efficient, scalable solutions for the marketplace and supplier infrastructure.
- Maintain and improve code quality, systems, and development processes.
- Mentor team members and participate in hiring.
- Contribute to the team roadmap and long-term strategy.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of software development experience.
- Expertise in web application development using component-based frameworks.
- High proficiency in Java.
- Experience designing the architecture and deployment of web applications and services.
- Experience writing tests and building fast, reliable, maintainable code.
- Strong communication skills in English and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Ability to make customer-centric, data-driven decisions and exercise sound judgment when adopting AI tools and technologies.
