Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE solutions.
- Develop and maintain plugins, custom workflow activities, JavaScript, Ribbon Workbench customizations, and PCF controls.
- Configure and customize CRM entities, forms, views, dashboards, business rules, security roles, and business process flows.
- Build and support CRM integrations using REST APIs, Web APIs, Azure Services, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and middleware platforms.
- Lead CRM migration and upgrade projects, including legacy-system data migration.
- Troubleshoot application issues, optimize performance, and ensure system stability.
- Gather requirements and provide technical solutions with functional consultants, architects, and business users.
- Participate in solution design reviews, code reviews, deployment planning, and release management.
Requirements
- 6–12 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE development, customization, integration, and migration projects.
