Responsibilities
- Lead the development, customization, and scalability improvements of the ERP system.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and support to the development team.
- Manage implementation and delivery using Scrum and Kanban frameworks.
- Collaborate with IT leadership and ERP specialists across teams.
- Implement modern engineering practices including CI/CD, automated testing, and version control.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in ERP, integration, and automation technologies.
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in ERP or CRM development, especially with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
- Strong technical expertise in X++, .NET, Power Platform, and software development best practices.
- Ability to collaborate across teams, lead projects, and drive continuous improvement.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent English is required; German is a plus.
- Passion for innovation and improving ERP systems.
