Senior Account Solution Engineer (CBU)
InformaticaResponsibilities
- Conduct solution proposal activities for small and venture businesses in the Kanto region, primarily serving organizations with up to 300 employees.
- Identify customer business challenges and needs, develop solutions, and support long-term systemization planning.
- Create and deliver customized demonstrations that illustrate solutions to key customer challenges.
- Prepare proposals focused on solution design and implementation planning.
- Create industry-specific solution materials, proposal templates, and assets supporting Agentforce and generative AI proposals.
- Present at seminars and events and deliver demonstrations to support marketing activities.
Requirements
- At least three years of experience in presales for CRM, ERP, SCM, BI, or BPM solutions, or in systems-integration proposal work, project management, or consulting within these solution areas.
- Experience presenting or demonstrating at seminars, events, or similar settings.
- Experience proposing CRM or other solutions is preferred.
- Experience developing or customizing demonstrations is preferred.
- Experience managing systems-integration projects is preferred.
- Ability and interest in working closely with C-level customers and highly empowered stakeholders to propose solutions and resolve business challenges is preferred.
