Responsibilities
- Exceed regional sales targets and establish Netskope’s solution as the best fit for customer requirements and business value.
- Present Netskope’s cloud security architecture and solution to prospective customers, security leaders, architects, CISOs, and CIOs.
- Create and deliver product demonstrations, presentations, conference sessions, and seminars.
- Gather customer technical requirements and construct presentation, demonstration, Proof-of-Concept/Value, and overall win strategies.
- Create evaluation test plans with customers and partners and manage evaluations through successful completion.
- Lead customer Proof-of-Concepts and support customer success and satisfaction issues, escalating cross-functionally when necessary.
- Provide customer and partner feedback to Product Management on feature requests and enhancements.
- Analyze competitive solutions, differentiate Netskope from competitors, and respond to RFIs and RFPs.
- Work trade shows and travel heavily within the territory and as needed for other US-based company engagements.
Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant experience as a Solutions or Systems Engineer with a proven record of presenting technical information to business executives or architects.
- Relevant bachelor's degree, preferably in computer science or a related field.
- Strong customer empathy, revenue orientation, communication, presentation, public-speaking, and executive-influencing skills.
- Experience with installation, configuration, and administration of Linux, macOS, and Windows systems.
- Proficiency with mobile device technologies and operating systems including MDM/MAM, Android, and iOS.
- Knowledge of certificates, key management systems, HSMs, and related protocols.
- Hands-on experience with Web Proxy, NGFW, Security Gateways, remote access, site-to-site VPN, SAML/SSO, DLP, data security, and regular expressions.
- Experience with Cloud Identity Providers, SCIM, SIEM, SOAR, EDR, SD-WAN deployments and integrations, Active Directory Services, ADFS, Azure AD, AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Knowledge of the broader threat landscape and ability to explain complex technology behaviors clearly.
- Experience working in and selling cloud-based SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS technologies.
- Scripting experience such as Python and REST API experience is desirable.
- Prior experience with other cloud security vendors, relevant security certifications, Agile Scrum or project management certifications, and advanced network technology certifications are desirable.
