Responsibilities
- Conduct business discovery workshops and translate customer objectives into Celonis use cases, project scope, data requirements, and success criteria.
- Design solution blueprints and configure Celonis data models, process analyses, KPIs, dashboards, automation, and operational solutions.
- Direct AI deployment agents to build solutions, then validate and refine their outputs for accuracy, business relevance, maintainability, and scalability.
- Identify process inefficiencies, quantify business impact, lead value creation workshops, and present business cases to VP- and C-Suite-level stakeholders.
- Manage project outcomes against timelines, scope, and customer expectations through rollout, training, adoption, documentation, and handover.
- Develop domain or industry expertise, support pre-sales workshops and scoping, contribute to platform roadmap input, and participate in hiring and practice development.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in management or IT consulting, data/solution consulting, or process improvement consulting, with demonstrated project leadership.
- Ability to build and configure Celonis solutions, including data modeling, process analysis, KPI definition, and automation.
- Proficiency in PQL, SQL, and Python.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor, with the ability to write specifications and evaluate AI-generated outputs.
- Strong enterprise business process and financial metrics knowledge; SAP, Oracle, and process areas such as Inventory Management, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, and Accounts Payable are preferred.
- Strong customer workshop, stakeholder management, presentation, analytical, problem-solving, and business-to-technical translation skills.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Technology Management, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable field.
- Fluency in Japanese and business-level English are required.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations up to 50% based on customer and project requirements.
