Responsibilities
- Own and improve Rime’s React/TypeScript web application for performance and scalability.
- Build signup, onboarding, activation, conversion, and call-to-action experiences.
- Architect analytics pipelines and instrumentation across the user funnel.
- Measure and optimize product features using data, A/B testing frameworks, and experimentation infrastructure.
- Partner with growth product, marketing, sales, and founders to ship high-impact work.
Requirements
- Experience building end-to-end features in the TypeScript/Node.js ecosystem.
- Experience building and optimizing signup flows, activation loops, and conversion funnels.
- Familiarity with A/B testing frameworks and experimentation infrastructure.
- Ability to use measurement and user behavior insights to guide product engineering decisions.
- Preferred experience with Segment, Metronome, Amplitude, Mixpanel, PostHog, or similar growth tooling.
- Preferred experience working at an early-stage startup.
