Base Salary
$180k - $215k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement a secure and scalable Agentic AI platform.
- Drive technical execution of new agent-driven product features from ideation to deployment.
- Implement guardrails and validation frameworks for safe agent behaviors.
- Enable agents to interact with complex medical data and APIs.
- Collaborate with product managers and clinical experts to develop AI architectures.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote software engineering best practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years (Senior) or 8+ years (Staff) of software engineering experience.
- Hands-on experience with Large Language Models and agentic architectures.
- Experience with orchestration frameworks and vector databases.
- Proficiency in Python or Go, with knowledge of microservices and cloud infrastructure.
- Passion for greenfield projects and solving complex problems.
