Responsibilities
- Build and ship production-quality applications inside client systems using AI SDLC workflows.
- Create reusable production-ready assets including MCP servers, sub-agents, agent orchestration frameworks, and evaluation tooling.
- Support enterprise rollouts of frontier AI capabilities, especially AI-enabled SDLC processes, by integrating with existing infrastructure and workflows.
- Partner with client engineering and product teams to accelerate AI adoption and close technical skill gaps.
- Identify repeatable deployment patterns and contribute them to Accenture’s Forward Deployed Engineering practice and delivery playbook.
- Maintain expertise in LLM capabilities, agentic frameworks, evaluation methods, and AI product development.
- Build trusted relationships with client teams and ecosystem partners and represent responsible AI practices in the field.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in a technical engineering role with client-facing or consulting exposure, such as Software Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or technical consultant.
- Experience delivering production applications with meaningful business impact, preferably in enterprise environments.
- Practical experience with large language models, prompt engineering, loop engineering, skill creation, agent development, evaluation frameworks, workflows, and deployment.
- Programming proficiency in one or more relevant languages, with primary languages including TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, and Java; familiarity with Go or Rust is also relevant.
- Hands-on experience building and deploying AI agents and workflows.
- Working familiarity with enterprise IT architecture, AWS, Azure, GCP, and system integration patterns.
- Strong communication, stakeholder alignment, collaboration, adaptability, and ability to work across complex organizations.
- Preferred qualifications include media or other enterprise-domain exposure, familiarity with AI safety, responsible AI frameworks, enterprise AI governance, AI deployment infrastructure, and MLOps tooling.
