Responsibilities
- Build and ship reliable, production-ready systems and services that deliver measurable customer and business outcomes.
- Partner with stakeholders and customers to define problem statements, success metrics, technical solutions, and architectural approaches.
- Own end-to-end architecture for cloud and AI workloads, balancing reliability, performance, cost, security, and maintainability.
- Apply automated testing, observability, progressive delivery, and other modern engineering practices to deliver quickly while reducing operational risk.
- Create reusable solution accelerators, reference architectures, and code for use across customers and scenarios.
- Lead complex delivery workstreams, manage dependencies, improve operational excellence, and support production services.
- Provide technical direction and mentorship while collaborating with product, data, security, and customer engineering teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience partnering directly with customers or internal stakeholders to deliver solutions end-to-end.
- Preferred: master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
- Preferred: experience designing, deploying, and operating AI or LLM-based solutions, including prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented approaches, model tuning, evaluation, data quality, performance monitoring, and cloud AI platforms.
- Preferred: familiarity with deploying and operating AI systems in production environments.
- Preferred: experience using cloud AI platforms such as Azure ML or OpenAI.
- Comfort with travel of up to 25%.
